Gluten-free in Göteborg is a new prototype of a service that could be described as a bakery 2.0.
This service is composed by several parts: a Facebook page, a simple booking system and customer relationship management activities. However, the most important aspect is, by far, a new technique to bake gluten-free bread that is very soft inside and crunchy outside.
The booking system is quite simple, it uses Firebase and Google Cloud Functions for the back-end and Angular for the front-end. The CRM of choice is Zoho.
