Gluten-free in G\u00f6teborg is a new prototype of a service that could be described as a bakery 2.0<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This service is composed by several parts: a Facebook page<\/a>, a simple booking system and customer relationship management activities. However, the most important aspect is, by far, a new technique to bake gluten-free bread that is very soft inside and crunchy outside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The booking system is quite simple, it uses Firebase <\/a>and Google Cloud Functions<\/a> for the back-end and Angular <\/a>for the front-end. The CRM of choice is Zoho<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
